Yes. The Chamber of Commerce requires that you actually have space at your disposal at the address. A Flex Office or Shared Office package or an office of your own meets that requirement; we will advise you which package fits.
What is the difference between a business address and a postal address?
A business address is the official address of your company in the trade register. A postal address is used to receive business mail. At Business Centre you combine the two.
Can my mail be forwarded?
Yes. Your mail is received at the reception and forwarded or scanned on request. You also have access to your own pigeonhole 24 hours a day.
Is the address suitable for foreign companies?
Certainly. Many Belgian and international companies use our address as their Dutch business address to be visible on the Dutch market without renting an office straight away.
How long am I committed?
Our contracts are short term. You can easily scale up later to a shared office or an office of your own in the same building.
