Both Business Centre locations have a varied range of meeting rooms. Whether you want a one-on-one meeting or a seminar for twenty-five people: you easily rent a meeting room in our representative buildings in Etten-Leur and Breda. Your guests are welcomed professionally by our receptionists.

For tenants and external guests
Free for tenants, affordable for everyone
For tenants of office space in our buildings, use of the meeting rooms is free of charge. But even if you do not rent an office from us, you can rent a meeting room for a small fee: from € 14 per hour, or per half day, day or evening.
All rooms are attractively furnished and equipped with fast wireless internet, a flip chart and (at an extra charge) a projector. Our large rooms have air conditioning and can be arranged in U-shape, classroom or theatre layout. If you wish, we serve coffee, tea and soft drinks, and provide a tailored lunch. Both buildings are wheelchair accessible and have free parking with charging points.

Call or email our reception, or use the contact form. We confirm your booking and make sure the room is ready.
How much does a meeting room cost?
Meeting rooms from € 14 per hour, large rooms from € 20 per hour. Also per half day, day or evening, with staff if required. Free of charge for tenants.
Is catering available?
Yes. Coffee, tea and soft drinks are served at an extra charge, and we provide a tailored lunch on request.
What equipment is available?
Fast wifi, a flip chart and in most rooms a 70-inch TV or projection screen. A projector can be rented at an extra charge.
Can I meet in the evening?
Yes, an evening rate is available for most rooms, with or without staff.
