What does the all-in rate include?
Internet, cleaning, energy, coffee and tea, and the staffed reception. You pay one amount per month, with no separate invoices.
How soon can I start?
The offices are furnished and available right away. After a tour and agreement, you can often start within a week.
How flexible is the contract?
You choose a term that suits your business and can scale up or down as your team grows or shrinks. So you never rent more space than you need.
Can I rent a flexible desk by the hour?
Yes. You can rent a flexible desk by the hour, half day, day or month. There are three packages: Flex Office, Shared Office with your own fixed desk, and Full Service with a private office.
Can I register my company with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) at this address?
Yes, with an office or a business address package. The KVK requires that you actually have space at your disposal at the address; we will advise you on which package fits.
How does the telephone answering service work?
Our receptionists answer your calls in your company’s name and pass the message on to you straight away. You choose occasional service, cover while you are away, or a full telephone answering service.
Is there parking?
Yes, at both locations you park for free on our own grounds, with plenty of space for your visitors and charging points for electric cars.
