What do we offer?
At Business Centre you can make use of various facilities, such as free parking, a central reception, a well-stocked canteen and a cleaning service. Most of them are simply included in the monthly rate. See all our facilities here.

Everything under one roof
- Central receptionYour guests are welcomed in a friendly and professional way by our hospitable receptionists. Both buildings have a representative reception where your guests can wait for you comfortably. You can also have mail franked and parcels sent there, and your telephone is answered professionally, in your company’s name of course.
- Meeting facilitiesWhether you want to meet with two people or give a course for forty participants: as a tenant you use the meeting facilities at both our locations free of charge. The meeting rooms come in various sizes and have fast internet connections. If you wish, we provide coffee, tea, soft drinks and lunches.
- ParkingBoth locations are easy to reach and lie close to the motorway, the city centre, railway stations and several bus stops. In both Etten-Leur and Breda you park for free on our own grounds, with ample space for you and your visitors.
- Electric carsDo you drive electric? Business Centre Breda has charging points where you and your guests can charge the car while meeting or working. Afterwards you hit the road fully charged.
- Cleaning serviceOur cleaners not only keep the toilets and common areas spotless every day, your office or meeting room is also kept tidy. We vacuum, clean desks, empty bins and wash the windows.
- Fibre internetA stable and fast internet connection is indispensable. That is why at Business Centre, in both Breda and Etten-Leur, you use a business fibre connection, wired and wireless.
- CanteenA business lunch with a client, or an informal lunch with colleagues? In our well-stocked canteen you take a break from the working day in a relaxed atmosphere with sandwiches and other snacks. Cappuccino, coffee and tea are of course available.
- StorageDo you need storage besides your office, for your archive for instance? Our dedicated storage rooms are available from 8 m². They are secured, fully enclosed and fitted with an alarm and a heater, so your archive stays at the right temperature.
- Mail serviceWhen you rent an office with us, the use of the mailbox for incoming mail is included. You get your own pigeonhole at the reception, which you can always access, even after closing time.
- Sending mailHand in your mail at the reception, where we frank it at the current PostNL rates with our franking machine. The reception also sends and receives parcels; thanks to our contract with UPS you benefit from special rates for parcels and urgent documents.
- Mailing serviceDo you have a large physical mailing to send to all your customers at once, a new brochure for instance? We set it up together with you and make sure that even large volumes go out quickly.
- Copying service (colour)Our professional colour copier is fast, reliable and available day and night. A single copy or a complete booklet, or PDFs of your documents: anything goes. No time for your copying or printing? We are happy to help.

Everything under one roof: tenants help each other
Looking for a bookkeeper? Problems with your PC? Or do you need help building a website? Business Centre tries to connect tenants with each other. Among the companies based here you will find IT specialists, accountants, lawyers, marketers and many others who are happy to help. Our network is large, and the coffee machine is a fine place to get to know each other.
