Health coach, personal trainer and orthomolecular therapist Thuké helps you on your way to a healthy lifestyle. Besides his work as a teacher, Thuké is an entrepreneur in healthy living, vitality and health. "Next to my teaching job at Curio and Habeo+, I am phasing out my employment to focus fully on my own business: Business Vitality Academy." His focus is now mainly on business coaching and one-on-one lifestyle coaching: fitness tests, looking at absenteeism together with HR, everything that keeps staff fit and vital. "In the future I also want to create e-learnings and become a training institute."

Did you rent an office before?

"I have been an entrepreneur for a while," says Thuké. He has big plans for next year, so it was time to look for a professional space. "I will keep teaching one or two days a week because I simply enjoy it, but from the new year I will focus on my own company. So this is the first time I am renting business space."

Why did you decide not to work from home?

"The main point was visibility and professionalism. I now have a room on the ground floor, which makes me easily accessible to everyone. It is also good to have a separate room for my professional measuring equipment, where I can receive people in a clean space."

Why did you choose Business Centre?

"I came across this space on an online platform and the listing appealed to me straight away. During the viewing I was received very warmly. They really took the time to explain everything and think along with me." The deciding factors were the location, the daylight and the all-in concept. "Everything is included, from furniture to reception. Even if I don't use everything right away, it is good to know what is possible. And the location in Etten-Leur is easy to reach, both for people from Etten-Leur and from further away."

Do you receive clients and hold meetings?

"Yes, absolutely. I receive clients for one-on-one coaching, intake interviews, measurements and business conversations about vitality and corporate fitness. The space is more than suitable for that. I mostly work alone, but I collaborate a lot with other professionals such as physiotherapists, educational institutions and companies, and I even plan to work with a chef on a vitality project for primary schools."

What does this office bring you?

"The biggest advantage is visibility. When I met Daniel I told him about my plans and he immediately helped me find the right connections within the building. The chance of B2B partnerships is simply bigger here."

How does this space fit the future of Business Vitality Academy?

"My business is developing fast. The nice thing is that I am not stuck here. If I grow, I can scale up to a bigger office. That makes Business Centre future-proof for me."
