Samyra Gorissen

Samyra Gorissen helps divorced mothers to shape parenthood in harmony after a divorce. Samyra: "In recent years, as a mediator, I have helped hundreds of people arrange their divorce. My goal was to make the divorce go harmoniously, certainly when children are involved. Despite a harmonious divorce, for many mothers the challenge only starts after the divorce. How do you shape your life? How do you keep working well together with your ex? And how do you find the strength in yourself again? Because only then is there real peace for the children. I want to make a difference in that."

A really good vibe

Since 2019 Samyra has rented an office at Business Centre Breda. Not on her own, but together with her husband, who works as an independent mortgage adviser. Samyra: "After searching online we ended up at Business Centre. We made an appointment with owner Daniël Kandel. That felt right immediately. We had an extensive introduction and got a tour. Daniël told us what kinds of companies are located in Business Centre and showed us all the facilities. There was a really good vibe. My husband and I listen to our gut feeling and that has always worked out well. So we said 'yes' to Business Centre straight away!"

Many facilities

"At Business Centre you have many facilities. We use the canteen, the cleaning service, the mail service, the car park with charging points and the network management. Recently we had the network manager install a local network. We sent Daniël a message and it was arranged in no time. We also have our phone answered by the central reception. That is especially nice during holidays, because then the receptionists answer the phone and take the message. We also like that there is a physical reception. When clients arrive by appointment, they are received professionally and shown to the waiting area."

Own office and meeting room

Samyra and her husband also used the meeting rooms of Business Centre for several years. "They have every convenience and there is almost always a room available. But my husband and I have so many appointments with clients that we did not want to depend on the meeting rooms. So we rented an extra office opposite our current office and turned it into a meeting room. Daniël refurbished the room: the carpet was replaced by laminate flooring, the frames were repainted and the walls were tidied up. Air conditioning was installed too. It was made entirely to our wishes and looks fresh and beautiful. A professional room to receive clients!"

Ideal workplace

"In short, Business Centre is the ideal workplace. It has every convenience and the facilities are simply good. For independent entrepreneurs this is perfect. There is a really good vibe and you have the opportunity to network with other entrepreneurs in the building," Samyra concludes.
