JobReach

Seddik Zaryouh is the owner of JobReach, a staffing agency from Breda. The agency started in June 2021 and focuses on the recruitment and selection of sales professionals, such as account managers and sales managers. For the staffing industry itself (temp agencies, secondment agencies and recruitment firms) JobReach recruits recruiters, consultants and intermediaries. Seddik: "JobReach started in June 2021. I did not want to work from home, so I looked for suitable office space in the Breda region. Renting or buying an entire office building is too expensive, so I ended up at a multi-tenant building. Cost-wise that is a good solution."

Feels good and familiar

Seddik visited several multi-tenant buildings and finally chose Business Centre in Breda. "I found Business Centre online. The website looked attractive, so I got in touch. I made an appointment with Daniël Kandel, the owner. He showed me around the building and we talked. It felt good and familiar right away! The building looks great and Daniël is a very pleasant person. He thinks along with you and comes up with ideas, for example about the layout or handy facilities."

Professional meeting rooms

Seddik has now been at Business Centre for six months. "On the ground floor I rented an office with three desks. For now there are two of us. We visit our clients, but we receive candidates at our office. For that we use the meeting rooms of Business Centre. There are enough meeting rooms available, so we can always book one. That way we can receive candidates professionally. It works well! And very convenient: there is plenty of free parking and the location is great. The city centre and the central station are a stone's throw away."

All-in price

Seddik continues: "The rent at Business Centre is attractive, because it is all-in. For one amount we can use all the available facilities. We use the meeting rooms, the cleaning service, the mail service and the network management, among other things. The receptionist of Business Centre also answers our calls and receives our visitors. That gives a professional impression. I also have another company, Gratisvending.nl, which sells vending machines. I can temporarily store large vending machines in the warehouse of Business Centre. Ideal!"
