When Rob Donders and his colleague were looking for new office space, they initially had one of the regular offices at Business Centre in Etten-Leur in mind. "But then we saw the penthouses. We thought they were fantastic, so when we heard one would become available, we waited for it."

A good feeling

SecJuur helps organisations comply with privacy legislation such as the GDPR. "For that we spend a lot of time at our clients, but we work from the office about half the time. We used to be located elsewhere, but because that building was too big for us, we started looking for an office that matched our wishes. We also looked in Roosendaal, but at Business Centre we immediately had a good feeling. Not only about the beautiful penthouse, but also about the people who run it, Daniël and Natascha Kandel."

Facilities and atmosphere

Rob and his colleague have now been located at the Bredaseweg for over a year. "And we are still very satisfied. The office is beautiful and has a wonderful view, the mail is kept carefully, the phone is answered properly and there is always a friendly face at the reception. Business Centre is big enough to offer all kinds of facilities, but small enough for a friendly atmosphere."

All-in price

"What I also really like is that you pay an all-in price and that it actually covers everything. You never hear afterwards that you have to pay extra heating costs or anything like that. A deal is a deal. That is really pleasant. All in all we are very happy at Business Centre. We will stay in our penthouse for the time being!"
