"The building where I was located until about four years ago got a new tenant. So I had to look for new office space and I asked my estate agent to specifically look for an office in a multi-tenant building, because that seemed a good way to get in touch with other entrepreneurs. I visited several buildings, but from the very first meeting I had a good feeling about Business Centre."
Personal
In particular the personal approach of owner Daniël Kandel appealed to Georges. "At most other multi-tenant buildings you talk to an account manager employed by the landlord, who in turn is hired by the investment company that owns the building. Then you already know: this person just wants to sign a lease and after that you never see them again. They ask what your company does for form's sake, but you notice the answer doesn't stick. With Daniël it is completely different. He is very interested in his tenants and does everything to make the collaboration a success. Thanks to Daniël I have also been able to welcome several entrepreneurs located here as clients."
Charging point
Georges rents a 30 m² office in the building in Breda. "I would give the office and the service at Business Centre a 9 without hesitation. Accessibility is optimal, as is parking. I also really appreciate that there is a charging point where I can charge my electric car. You don't see that at most office buildings, but here it was installed from the vision that a modern multi-tenant building should simply have such facilities. Before anyone had even asked for it. Thinking ahead like that and putting yourself in the tenants' shoes typifies the way Business Centre works for me."
Service at the reception
"I also really like the service at the reception. I am always treated politely, when I am not there my calls are answered correctly and they think along with you. Today, for example: I had booked a meeting room for an appointment, which as a tenant you don't pay extra for, another nice thing, but only the largest room was still free. This morning the reception called to say that a smaller room had become available after all. And once the visitors are there, coffee, tea and lunch are arranged quickly and kindly."
