Picos BV

Picos BV is a reintegration company that, from a head office in Den Bosch, guides people in the central and southern Netherlands towards suitable work. Piet Raaijmakers is a reintegration coach at Picos and can be found at least twice a week in the meeting rooms of Business Centre in both Breda and Etten-Leur.

"In the meeting rooms of Business Centre I hold one-on-one conversations with my clients in West Brabant. Depending on what is easiest for the client to reach, these conversations take place in Breda or in Etten-Leur. On average I am at Business Centre two half days a week and I like it at both locations. I am always received in a very friendly way and the rooms are neatly furnished."

Coffee

Although the friendliness is equally great at both locations, Piet also notices a few differences between the Breda and Etten-Leur branches. "In Etten-Leur the coffee is better, but on the other hand I find the parking in Breda more spacious. In Etten-Leur I sometimes have to look for a spot. The accessibility of both locations is excellent, though. Breda in particular is easy to reach not only by car but also by train."

Service at the reception

Piet describes the atmosphere at Business Centre as informal. "Certainly in Etten-Leur, where it is a bit smaller, you quickly get to know the receptionists. They are alert and proactive. That showed when I once had a flat tyre in the car park in Etten-Leur. Because it was almost five o'clock, they had already called the tyre centre themselves and told me about the flat tyre after my appointment. That kind of thing illustrates the personal attention they have for their tenants at Business Centre."
