Care4Maintenance

Working with focus from home is sometimes difficult. Certainly with children around. And it is nice to keep work and private life truly separate. Reason for Bjorn Neven, who advises companies and governments on the maintenance of factories and bridges with Care4Maintenance, to choose a flexible office at Business Centre in Breda.

"My company has existed since 2011, but in 2013 I took the step to rent an office at Business Centre. I made this choice mainly because I wanted to work in peace, which is not always a given with three growing children at home. So I chose the productivity of an external location and the flexible options that Business Centre offers me. That has proven to be a good move, because I can now separate work and private life better. At the office I can concentrate on my work, at home I am truly free and can give my family my full attention."

Services of Business Centre

"The nice thing about Business Centre is that they offer all kinds of services that are not included in the rent, but that you can use if you wish. That is transparent. For example, I don't use the telephone service myself. But knowing it is possible when I need it is nice. Sometimes I do use the secretarial services for copying, printing or research, and I am very satisfied with that."

Parcel deliveries and receiving clients

"Another big advantage of renting office space at Business Centre is that I can have parcels delivered there. There is always someone at the reception to accept a parcel, so I don't have to be present myself. And being able to receive guests in a building I know, with equipment I can operate effortlessly, is great. Nothing is as annoying as trying to get the projector working in an unfamiliar building. My office at Business Centre really feels like my own place, where I can invite contacts and where the atmosphere is friendly and open."
